See how were the SNEP lectures in FISL 12

The 12^th Fórum Internacional de Software Livre (FISL 12 – International Free Software Forum) ended with amazing success. With more than 4.000 participants and a high quality programming, this year’s edition left nothing to be desired.

Among the lectures and workshops highlighted on the event, on june 30 happened the lecture SNEP PBX: Telefonia IP do Jeito Certo (SNEP PBX: IP Telephony in the Right Way), with the SNEP Team Developer Henrique Grolli, that showed how to provide IP telephony in a different way: with freedom and high technology using SNEP.

Still on this day, the workshop SNEP PBX IP, with Douglas Conrad, showed in a practical way how the SNEP works and how simple is to setup trunks, branches and call routes with the software. Dougles presented all the software’s features and showed that is possible to offer a high level technology with the freedom advocated by the Free Software philosophy, and that any company today can have a large switchboard.

Each day of the event, the SNEP User’s Group followed welcoming visitors and people interested in VOIP technology, Asterisk and telephony. Once more the FISL proven itself as the biggest Free Software event in Brazil and opened the doors to discussions about its ideology with great professionals, companies and their technological solutions.
