Check the version 1.3.6 of SNEP

Is available for download the SNEP 1.3.6, the most recent SNEP version with bugs corrections and some adjustments to settings and tools, providing better system performance and operations.

• Included library javascript dojo to the project.

• Included in the CSV class the translate of the files' headers.
